I didn't get the car that I rented out, so how I get my money back.
I rented a car through cartrawler and when I get to the car rental Hertz, they told me that I don't meet the requirements and couldn't help me with the car.
How can I get my refund.
We arrived yesterday night at 23 pm in cancun. I made an reservation with you. The men who was in charge sad that the car is not coming because its broken, you have to take a taxi for 150 Dollars My reservation number Mx59942**** Our 3 kids were very upsat they cried and were tiered from the long flight.

What do I need when picking up a car I already paid for.
What documents do I need when picking up a car I already paid for on Uber rent. It says I just need rental voucher and driver license.

How can I get a refund?When I rented a vehicle I used a credit card that does not have CDW insurance attached to it. I have tried contacting CarTrawler to modify this matter but I am being ignored.
When I try to cancel the booking All I get is an option for a Voucher Credit. I do not want a voucher credit!!! If I can't modify my credit card information, then I want a full refund.
If I don't get it or I am continued to be ignored I will dispute the matter with my credit card and have them fight it out. This so unprofessional!!!

How can I get refund?Dear Goldcar Customer Service Team We are kindly asking for your cooperation regarding the car rental. At the desk of the car pick up has appeared a bank card problem so we couldn't pay the deposit of the fuel by the bankcard.
We offered to pay by cash but they refused this option. In consequence we couldn't rent and pick up the car in Malaga. We kindly ask for your help in this matter and refund the money that we payed in advance.
