New ReviewerCompany fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I had to wait for my refund for a month, for a car which was cancelled 3 days before the pick up date, but the money was taken the moment I booked..
Hi, I rented a car on March 3th, 2022 through Holiday Autos, to be picked up at SIXT on April 4th,22. Something happened, I could not take the car, and it was already cancelled on April 1st, 22.
Then, I could see that already om March 31st the money was debited my bank account by a company Cartrawler in Ireland - which I had never heard of. This was 3 days before I should pick up the car! After several days, I could see that the refund for the cancelled car was not paid. I started ringing to SIXT and to Cartrawler and complained, because the amount is DKK 7709,39, a big amount for me!
BUT NOTHING HAPPENED!!! Today is April 25th and my money has not returned yet! This is very bad business policy, coming close to swindle and scam!
To take money, before the car is delivered and then not returning the refund? I want my money back!!!

User's recommendation: don't deal with Cartrawler!!!! Problems and bad service are for sure!!!
Preferred solution: Full refund.
