To claim a refund

We booked a holiday and a hire car thru TUI. Due to the m25 being closed we missed our flight,having purchased new flights we were approx 4 hours late to pick up our car. We were told that because we were late NO car was available! We are £479.84 out of pocket and feel that a refund is in order. TUI booking ref 1788**** CAR TRAWLER ref GR 74927****. The destination was Chania Crete Greece, date 8 august 2023

Je vous contacte se jour pour la réservation sous le numéro suivant MA79012****,que j ai effectué pour le 16/09/2023 a la quel malheureusement je n est pas donner suite car y avait des frais a payer pour un retard d avion ou quel je ne suis pour rien ,en suite la voiture que j ai réserver c est une Hyundai i30 alor que me propose une Logan Dacia essence donc svp j aimerais le remboursement de la somme que j ai payer leur de la réservation merci de votre compréhension.

Unfortunately, the links you guys have tried to hook me up with. Don't work. Worth a crap. Basically the SMS texting responses that were sent to me, were useless as I'm unable to respond to them. All it says is something about a code. And even if I were to put a code in, there's no address bar to input

You were not refused at the car rental. They had no reservation for you.

You were a no show on the day you promised to pick up the car. You need to go back through Car Trawler and rebook.

The price may have changed. They are also the ones to decide if you get a refund.
